Kim Wells
Better Mid-Michigan Bio
Kim works on both sides of the camera as Better Mid-Michigan’s Producer, Reporter, and Photographer.
Before the show’s launch in September, Kim worked as the Producer for TV5 News at 10pm on FOX66. Kim joined the TV5 family in June of 2006 and is no stranger to wearing multiple hats.
Before coming to Mid-Michigan, Kim was what she likes to call, a “one-woman-band,” for the NBC affiliate in Marquette. She also worked as a News Writer in Detroit and has delivered traffic reports for several radio stations across the state.
Kim grew up in the Detroit area and graduated from Eastern Michigan University.
She also holds a Master’s Degree from Purdue University.
