A popular Saginaw Valley restaurant is going on the auction block this November.

Gracie’s County House, in Albee Township, is being put up for sale by its owners. Previews of the property are on Nov. 1 and the auction is scheduled for Nov. 8.

This is the second Saginaw County landmark to hit the auction block this year. Last month, the Bonnymill Inn went up for auction in Chesaning.

That property was sold to a local man for $130,000 but it is unknown if the Bonnymill Inn’s owners accepted the winning bid.
