FLINT, Mich. -- A man who was shot more than a dozen times while walking in Flint is expected to survive.Police said the shooting occurred Tuesday morning near Wagner and Black avenues on the city’s north side.The victim, who was walking with a friend at the time of the shooting, was able to run across the street to a nearby house for safety.Police said his condition has been upgraded from critical and he’s expected to make a full recovery.
