Ex-Paramedic Faces Molestation Charges

A Standish paramedic will stand trial on four sexual misconduct charges that he molested a patient.

David Spresny, 42, is accused by investigators of assaulting an incapacitated teenage girl during an ambulance transport near Alger.

During Spresny’s evidence hearing on Tuesday, a judge ordered him to appear for arraignment on Oct. 17.

Spresny was suspended from the Saginaw-based Mobile Medical Response after his July arrest.

Spresny maintains his innocence and remains free on bond.
