SAGINAW, Mich. -- The latest Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe casino opening has been delayed.Eagle’s Landing is under construction in Arenac County’s Standish Township.At the start of the project, the casino was expected to be opened by the end of the year.Now it could be February before it opens for business.The public relations manager for the tribe said they will announce an official date when one is decided on.
