Two Men Arrested In Spray-Paint Spree

Commercial Building, Cars Were Also Allegedly 'Tagged' By Men

Two Mt. Pleasant men were arrested by police early Tuesday morning on charges of breaking and entering, malicious destruction of property, and minor in possession of alcohol.

Nightshift officers received a report of broken windows and spray-painting at the Kinney School.

Authorities said further investigation found about 20 complaint calls as well as break-ins at Mountain Town Station restaurant and the Borden Building construction work trailer.

Police also said several commercial buildings, schools, homes and vehicles were spray-painted.

The men, ages 17 and 20, will be arraigned Tuesday in the Isabella County District Court.
