Donna Yost won’t be seeing freedom anytime soon.
Bay County Circuit Judge William Caprathe issued a written rule on Tuesday denying bond to Yost. Caprathe’s note said the court can’t be certain Yost doesn’t pose a danger to other people.
Yost, 49, was convicted in 2006 of first-degree murder in the death of her 7-year-old daughter.
Officials said Monique died after ingesting a fatal dose of anti-depressant medication.
Recently, the Michigan Court of Appeals overturned her murder conviction.
