Saginaw police said Robert and Trya Wilson were shot to death at a home on Wisner Street on Tuesday and now the Michigan State Police crime lab is investigating.

Authorities have said no firearms were found in the house. Police told TV5 the victims were found around 11:30 a.m. at the home located at 4041 Wisner Street.

Many neighbors, friends and family have gathered near the home where the incident took place.

Neighbors tell TV5 four children were in the home at the time and found the two shot.

Three of those children are the couple’s, the fourth is a relative.

Witnesses said the children ran across the street to another relative’s home and police were called.

Neighbors said they heard shots overnight but police are still investigating what happened as far as when shots were fired.

"We hear gunshots around here all the time," said one resident. "I thought, 'Oh my God, what's happened,' and the next thing I hear is silence."

Various witnesses have been taken into custody for questioning but no one has been declared a suspect.
