TUSCOLA COUNTY, Mich. -- An officer from the Caro State Police post conducted a traffic stop early Wednesday morning on M-81 at Cedar Run Road in Elmwood Township.

An officer pulled over a full size older model Dodge van for improper lane use around 6 a.m. After talking with the driver and 11 passengers, it was determined that all of the occupants of the van were illegal aliens.

The officer radioed for help in transporting all the people to the Huron County Jail for deportation by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency.

I.C.E. agents arrived later in the day and transported all the illegals back to their office in Detroit.
