New information has been released on the identity of a possible homicide suspect in Saginaw.

The Saginaw News reported Joseph Ramirez, who died earlier this month, called his girlfriend before he bled to death after being beaten.

The incident happened Aug. 9. Ramirez allegedly told her, “Jim did this to me.” Jim is said to be a scruffy-looking white man, about 30 to 40 years old and sells stereo equipment from his burgundy minivan.

If you have any information about this case, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL.
