HAMPTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Police in Bay County said a woman is facing weapons charges because she wouldn't take no for an answer.Police said Rhoda Mogg, 65, held a gun to a man’s neck after he refused to do a sexual favor for her.Police said Mogg then fired the .22-caliber handgun in her Hampton Township trailer, sending the boyfriend running.Mogg was arraigned Friday on firearm and assault charges.Police said Mogg’s friend, a 53-year-old man, had been living with her for about four months.When the couple returned home from a bar, Mogg demanded a sexual favor and the man declined, police said.That’s when police said she turned the gun on him and he ran out.
