SAGINAW, Mich. -- A new report said that Michigan has one of the top foreclosure rates in the country.

Foreclosures have slowed in the past two months but Michigan still rates in the top 10 for homes repossessed in America.

Nearly 280,000 U.S. homes received a foreclosure notice in October – that’s up 5 percent from September.
