Open Casting Call Set For Flint-Area Film

Movie To Star Pauly Shore, Scott Schwartz

Hollywood is once again shining its bright light on Mid-Michigan.

Open auditions will be held next week in Burton for a movie that will be shot in the Flint area.

The independent film, named "Minor League: A Football Story", will star actors Scott Schwartz of Ocean’s 11 and former MTV VJ Pauly Shore.

Auditions are Saturday, March 14, from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m., at The All-Star Sports Bar and Grill in Burton. Filming is set to begin in April.
