A morning fire at the Elmer A. Knopf Learning Center in Mundy Township left one person injured.

Firefighters said the blaze started in a storage closet as an electrician was working on wiring.

The electrician suffered some injuries, but the extent of them is unknown.

No students were hurt; they were evacuated to a neighboring facility for a few hours.

The students have since returned to the learning center.

The building did not sustain major damage as the fire was contained to the storage closet.
