BURTON, Mich. -- Police in Burton shut down Interstate 475 northbound for nearly three hours Saturday morning after a car crash.

Authorities said the wreck occurred at about 2:30 a.m. at I-475 and Hill Road.

At least three people were injured in the wreck and taken to an area hospital, police said.

There is no word on their condition.

Police said the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
