BRIDGEPORT TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- The Saginaw County Sheriff’s department held a news conference Friday to announce the closure of a drug house and the arrests of two people.Deputies from the narcotics unit executed a search warrant Wednesday at 2224 Madsen Road in Bridgeport Township.Authorities said two people were arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, a felon in possession of a firearm and maintaining a drug house.Deputies said they seized roughly 70 marijuana plants, processed marijuana, a firearm and $3,000 in cash.Another $300,000 worth of property and vehicles were also seized at the house.Those arrested are being held at the Saginaw County Jail and charges are pending.
