BURTON, Mich. -- A retired police officer shot and killed a masked gunman at a Flint-area poker room.Broadcast reports indicate the gunman shot out the front door of the Palace Poker Room in Burton around 1 a.m. Wednesday.Once inside the Bristol Road building he fired at least one round into the ceiling and told the 30-60 people inside to hit the floor.The report said two of the people in attendance were former police officers. One of them was armed and shot and killed the masked gunman.It’s not clear at this time if the gunman was the same person who robbed the poker room last month.
