BAY CITY, Mich. -- Police in Bay City arrested a 17-year-old who witnesses said threatened to shoot another person.The incident happened just before 10 p.m. in the parking lot of the Foodland grocery store on Lafayette Avenue.Officers were called to the scene after reports that a man was carrying around a shotgun.Police said officers later located the suspect walking in the vicinity of 21st Street.Deputies from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office found a shotgun, believed to be the one the teen was carrying, under a parked boat near his home.The teen was taken to the Bay County Jail for felony charges including disorderly conduct and weapons violations.An 18-year-old woman also arrested for assault on a police officer.
