SAGINAW, Mich. -- A fatal crash that shutdown Davenport Avenue at McEwan Street for four hours Thursday afternoon has since reopened to traffic.Witnesses told WNEM TV5 a black two-door Pontiac Trans Am was traveling swiftly westbound on Davenport and that a GMC Envoy broadsided it while attempting to cross the three lanes of Davenport from McEwan. The passenger in the Trans Am, Meghan Vincent, 19, from Shiawassee County's Perry, was killed.Lisa Kolka, a Saginaw resident, said she saw the crash and jumped to her feet to do CPR on one of the injured victims.“It was just an explosion, and I’m like, ‘Oh my Lord,’” said Kolka. “The young lady was doing really tough, but we got her heart started.”Authorities closed Davenport to facilitate scene cleanup and accommodate accident reconstruction teams. It reopened around 4 p.m.“I’m just praying to God at this point for her,” said Kolka. The driver of the Trans Am, the driver of the SUV and its passenger were all taken to a local hospital for treatment.Police have not confirmed their names but one person is in critical condition and two others are in stable condition.Saginaw Police have not determined who might be at fault in the crash.
