BAY CITY, Mich. -- A Bay City man was arrested for burglarizing and vandalizing a dance studio in Essexville, Bay City police said in a news release.The 22-year-old was taken into custody after police said a citizen came forward with information that was helpful to the investigation.Police said the man had stolen property from the Shining Star Dance Academy, which was broken into sometime Thursday morning.The man was booked at the Bay County Jail on charges of breaking and entering, larceny in a building and malicious destruction of property.He’s expected to be charged later Friday.
