CLARE COUNTY, Mich. -- A 26-year-old man faces window peeping charges after police said he had been peering into the homes of residents in the city of Clare.Michael Campbell, of Clare, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct -- widow peeping and resisting and obstructing police officers early Thursday morning.Clare City Police formed a task force after several complaints of a window peeper in the area of Hemlock and Wilcox Streets.Officers from the task force spotted Campbell around 6 a.m. while during surveillance and arrested him after a foot chase.He was arraigned Thursday afternoon and remains jailed on other felony charges he had committed in a neighboring jurisdiction, according to a news release.
