ATTICA TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- The search for the man accused of assaulting two people and then fleeing from police is over.Officers arrested Alan John Miller of Attica around 3 p.m. Saturday.Miller was wanted by the Lapeer County Sheriff's Department on felony warrants for assault with a firearm stemming from a domestic violence assault early Friday.The Oakland County and Lapeer Police searched for six hours Friday without locating Miller.Deputies received a tip Saturday morning that Miller was by himself at a residence on Attica Road in Attica Township.Miller surrendered peacefully at the residence when authorities arrived.
