TUSCOLA COUNTY, Mich. -- A former Vassar deputy clerk in Tuscola County has been charged with 21 counts of embezzlement by a public official.Nicole Licavoli was placed on administrative leave in December after a routine audit revealed several discrepancies in the water and sewer funds starting back in July of 2008.WNEM TV5 has also learned that Licavoli holds a seat on the Vassar School Board.If convicted, she could face up to 10 years in prison.Stay tuned to WNEM.com and WNEM TV5 as more information becomes available.
