Police: Saginaw Family Tortured In Home, Robbed 6-03-2010

Police said one person is in custody but two accomplices are still on the loose after they lured a man inside a house, robbed and beat him.
Authorities said the woman in custody, and two men, took the 40-year-old victim to his own home where they tortured him and his family before looting the place.
Now authorities have filed more than 30 charges against the 19-year-old woman, including attempted murder.
The details surrounding what happened inside the first home in Saginaw County are gruesome, said one investigator.
“[It’s] the worst case I’ve ever seen,” said Saginaw police Detective Joe Dutoi. “They heated up a metal object, burned him, and poured bleach over him.”
Police said the woman, Brittany Falconer, lured the Saginaw man into a home on Townsend, in Saginaw.
Inside waiting were two men, and all three demanded his car and money.
“They then took his car, went to his family’s house, tied them up, beat them -- all in the hope of gaining property or money, and his vehicle,” said Dutoi.
Authorities said the victims are recovering from the ordeal. Police said the two accomplices, Donald Anderson and Glenn Jett, are still on the loose following the incident.
Falconer, who is from New Mexico, faced a judge in a Saginaw County courtroom Thursday.
Her accused partners in crime are from Southfield and Arizona. Falconer will be back in court in two weeks for another hearing.
Anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of Anderson and Jett are urged to call the Saginaw Police Department at 989-759-1229.
