A 25-year-old Huron County man is facing criminal charges after his dogs allegedly attacked and killed more than 30 sheep.
The man, whose name has not been released, is being charged with two counts, including having an unlicensed dog.
Both charges are 90-day misdemeanors that also carry a fine of not less than $10, and not more than $100 for each count.
According to prosecutor Tim Rutkowski, the man has not been arrested or arraigned, and is expected to turn himself in to authorities soon.
Huron County Sheriff Kelly Hanson said he does not want the dogs returned to the man.
