2 Teens On Trial In Flint Girl's Shooting Death 6-17-2010

The trial continues for two teens accused of gunning down a 13-year-old Flint girl last year.
Coriell Branch, 16, and Reonta Hunter, 17, are both facing first-degree murder charges in the death of Don’Neshia Williams.
The Flint girl was caught in a gang-style crossfire last August in Mount Morris Township.
Authorities said Williams was heading home on her bicycle after purchasing items at the Zerka Food Center on Carpenter Road when the gunfire began about 7 p.m.
Authorities said a total of 17 rounds were fired from two guns as the four teens opened fire on two men leaving a convenience store.
They missed their intended targets, but Don’Neshia was struck in the neck by a bullet. She died two days later at an area hospital.
Police said Hunter was in the front seat of the vehicle used in the shooting. Two other 16-year-olds, Coriell Branch and Ammeleo Wilson, were in the back seat.
Authorities said Branch and Hunter had a dispute with the two intended targets and got out of the car firing.
A third person has already pleaded guilty to second-degree murder charges in the case.
