Husband, Wife Sentenced In Apartment Meth Lab 7-06-2010

A local couple that pledged guilty to operating a methamphetamine lab in their Bangor Township apartment were sentenced Tuesday.
Matthew Autry, 36, was sentenced to seven to 14 and a half years in prison while his wife, Jessica, 26, was ordered to serve three years probation.
Jessica was given credit for 185 days served in jail. She was ordered not to drink alcohol and will be subject to search. She has since been released from police custody.
Investigators said the husband and wife team were actively making meth while their three young children were living inside the home at 52 Rowley Court at Bangor Downs Townhouses, 3325 Alarie.
Officers from the Bay Area Narcotics Enforcement Team responded to a tip and raided the Autrys’ home on Nov. 18, 2009.
Jessica Autry was arrested during the raid, while her husband turned himself in to police a week later.
