Driver Arrested In May's 5-Vehicle Hit-And-Run 7-08-2010

Saginaw Township police said they arrested the driver responsible for causing a five-car hit-and-run crash back in May.
Hailey Enszer was arraigned Wednesday and accused for leaving the scene of an injury crash. The 20-year-old Saginaw woman could face up to five years in prison if convicted.
TV5 records show the crash occurred May 4 around 10:30 p.m. at the corner of Bay Road and Weiss Street in Saginaw Township.
Police said four vehicles in the southbound lanes of Bay Road were waiting for the red light to change when a black Chevy Trailblazer, driven by Enszer, plowed into them.
A 32-year-old woman suffered serious injures in the crash.
Witnesses at the scene said the fleeing driver was chased down Bay Road by a citizen at speeds approaching 75 mph, but was lost around Davenport Avenue.
Enszer’s case has been waived over to Circuit Court.
