Man, 52, Pleads No Contest In Fatal House Crash 7-09-2010

A St. Charles man pleaded no contest to a September crash that killed an 80-year-old and man and severely injured the victim’s wife.
Investigators said Daniel Carson, 52, had a pain-killing drug in his body when he drove his vehicle into the Swan Creek Township home on Sept. 11.
Carson pleaded no contest to manslaughter with a motor vehicle and felonious driving on Thursday and will likely receive at least 43 months in prison.
Stanley Wisniewski was killed in the crash. His wife, Geneva Wisniewski, said the two were at the dining room table when the car came crashing through the front of the house.
Carson is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 4.
