Flint Bishop Airport Recognized For Affordability 7-09-2010

Bishop Airport in Flint is being recognized for having one of the lowest airfares in the county.
The airport now ranks as the sixth most affordable airport in the nation, in a survey of 101 airports by cheapflights.com.
It also came in as cheapest airport in Michigan.
The airport's average fare is about $335 for a round-trip ticket. The most expensive airfare on the list of 101 comes from Anchorage International in Alaska at $863.
Gerald R. Ford International checked in at No. 35 on the list, while Detroit landed in at No. 75.
Bellingham International Airport in Washington state was ranked first with an average fare of $256.
