Man Wields Gun In US-127 Road Rage Incident 7-12-2010

Michigan State police arrested a driver in Isabella County’s Isabella Township after he allegedly showed a gun during a road rage incident.
It happened Friday on northbound US-127 near Vernon Road.
Police said two vehicles traveling on US-127 became involved in a road rage incident after a driver felt he had been cut off.
Police said the suspect, 45-year-old man from Saint Johns, admitted to having become upset over being cut off. He allegedly told officers he had felt threatened so he brandished a handgun in an attempt to scare the other driver.
The man was arrested and lodged in the Isabella County Jail for the charges of felonious assault, felony firearm and brandishing a firearm in public.
