Woman Found Dead In Saginaw House Fire IDÂ?d 7-16-2010

A 49-year-old woman was killed in a house fire on Saginaw’s west side Friday morning.
It happened in the 900 block of North Mason just after 9 a.m.
Fire officials said they found the victim, Sherry Lynn Price, lying in her bedroom of the multi-family, three-unit home.
Neighbors told TV5 Price would have had a hard time escaping the blaze because she had a prosthetic leg.
Fire investigators noticed several discarded cigarette butts on the victim’s bedroom floor and say Price may have been smoking while in bed.
The home had smoke detectors, but they had no working batteries.
