Court Papers Outline Ex-Teacher Sex Allegations 7-29-2010

New details have surfaced about the alleged affair between a high school teacher and one of her students.
The former Freeland High School English teacher has been charged with 29 sex crimes in two counties. And now TV5 has learned more about what witnesses and the teenage boy she's accused of sleeping with are telling police.
Court documents obtained and reviewed by TV5 reveal the nature of the alleged relationships between the married mother of two, 33-year-old Marcie Rousseau, and at least five of her current or former male students.
According to the documents, one student said he personally saw nude photo's of Rousseau and stated that they were on the cell phone of a friend.
The documents also said another then-16-year-old student said he intended to marry her after her current divorce was settled.
The documents revealed yet another male student claimed she did his homework for him, and on at least two occasions, wrote term papers for him.
The court documents also stated that sexual rendezvous between male students occurred between the teacher and students in her home, their parents' homes, at area hotels and in her two vehicles.
One student claims in the court papers that he and Rousseau met for sex 100 times between May 2009 and February 2010.
TV5 learned the entire story came to light when the parents of one of the male students told authorities they came home to find the teacher's car parked in their garage.
TV5 attempted to talk to the Saginaw County prosecutor about the case, but was told that he was out of the office on county business.
Rousseau’s next court date is scheduled for next week.
