Teacher In Teen-Sex Case Waves Prelim Exam 8-12-2010

Marcie Rousseau, the former Freeland teacher accused of having sex with one of her students, waived her right to a preliminary examination in Saginaw County on Thursday.
Rousseau faces more than a dozen charges of varying degrees of criminal sexual conduct in both Saginaw and Midland counties.
Rousseau now awaits arraignment in circuit court in Midland County. No court date has been set yet.
Court documents obtained and reviewed by TV5 reveal the nature of the alleged relationships between 33-year-old Rousseau, who is a married mother of two, and at least five of her current or former male students.
According to the documents, one student said he personally saw nude photo's of Rousseau and stated that they were on the cell phone of a friend.
The documents also said a then-16-year-old student said he intended to marry her after her current divorce was settled.
The documents revealed yet another male student claimed she did his homework for him, and on at least two occasions, wrote term papers for him.
The court documents also stated that sexual rendezvous between the teacher and the students occurred between her home, their parents' homes, at area hotels and in her two vehicles.
One student claims in the court papers that he and Rousseau met for sex 100 times between May 2009 and February 2010.
TV5 learned the entire story came to light when the parents of one of the male students told authorities they came home to find the teacher's car parked in their garage.
