Man Stabbed In Frankenmuth Robbery Recovering 8-17-2010

Police said a 29-year-old Bridgeport Township man was stabbed Monday night in Frankenmuth.
The incident happened around 9:40 p.m. in the 800 block of Ardussi Street.
Frankenmuth police told WNEM TV5 two men approached the victim and demanded money.
When the victim refused, police said he was stabbed in chest and abdomen with a knife.
Police said the victim told responding officers that he was locking his car in the parking lot of an apartment complex when he was approached by the men.
He was taken to Covenant Hospital for treatment and was released.
A Michigan State Police K9 unit was unable to track the duo, who police said fled on foot.
The first suspect is described as a black man with a thin build, approximately 6 foot tall. He was wearing a red ball cap, white tank top and blank running pants.
The second suspect was described as a shortly, heavy-set black man.
