Bus, SUV Collision Temporarily Closes Road 9-20-2010

WNEM TV5 is learning more about a crash that shut down M-20 just west of Meridian Road on Monday morning.
The stretch of road in Midland County has since reopened.
Authorities at the scene said an empty Bullock Creek school bus crashed head-on with an SUV at around 7 a.m.
Police said the driver of that vehicle, a Jeep Cherokee, as well as the school bus driver and an assistant, were not seriously hurt.
Authorities said no children were on the bus at the time of the crash.
The man driving the Jeep was cited for failing to yield the right of way to the bus.
The road was closed for about an hour while crews cleaned up the crash site.
