IRS Says Millionaires Filed For Unemployment 10-06-2010

Internal Revenue Service data show more than 2,800 households earning at least $1 million in 2008 also filed for unemployment that year.
While it might sound crazy to have millionaires standing in an unemployment line, economists said since most millionaires tend to be money savvy, they aren't the types to turn down a free check if the law allows.
Plus, many see it as the only chance they'll have to get back some of the hundreds of thousands they've paid in taxes over the years.
IRS data show they're still taking a financial hit, however. Most states set benefit caps low so millionaires will be getting a small fraction of what they used to earn.
So what do you think? Should millionaires be allowed to collect unemployment checks?
