Suspected Drunken Driver Injuries Self, Passenger 10-11-2010

Two people were hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash Sunday night in Chesaning.
Saginaw County deputies said the crash occurred on eastbound on Peet Road, just west of M-52.
The driver of a 1994 Dodge pickup truck, 32-year-old Jason Pacek, of Oakley, crossed the center line, left the roadway and struck a culvert in a nearby ditch, according to a news release.
Pacek, and his passenger 36-year-old Richard Stall, of Chesaning, had to be cut out of the vehicle by emergency responders.
Pacek was listed in serious condition, while Stall was last listed in critical condition.
Deputies said alcohol and speed were likely factors in the crash.
