Police ID Body Found In Burned Out House 10-22-2010

The Clare County Sheriff's Department said a man's body was found inside a burning structure fire early Friday morning.
The fire broke out just after 2 a.m. at a home on Hampton Road, west of North Clare Avenue in Harrison.
Authorities said 23-year-old James Bennett, who had only lived at the home for a week, died after the fire tore through the structure.
The Harrison Community Fire Department arrived at the scene, and were forced to call the Clare Fire Department in for mutual aid.
Fire Investigators from the state police told TV5 reporter Brian Wood the suspect Bennett turned on the kitchen stove to keep warm.
Authorities sifted through the remains of the house for about 10 hours.
No other details were released.
