Pinconning Man Killed In Fiery Rollover Crash 11-01-2010

A 19-year-old Pinconning man was killed and three others were injured in a one-vehicle rollover crash early Sunday morning.
The crash occurred at about 1:30 a.m. on a trail off Kitchen Road in Fraser Township.
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office said when officers arrived, the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames with the driver trapped inside. Firefighters worked for 15 minutes to extinguish the flames.
The driver, David Angelo Dubay, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies said it appeared the vehicle had rolled several times before bursting into flames.
The passengers, all 17 years old, Brodie Kelly, Brian DuPonce and Brandon Neveau, were able to get out of the car and were treated for minor injuries.
Alcohol was likely a factor in the crash, deputies said.
