Fire Destroys Flint Township Business Complex 11-05-2010

A Flint Township business was destroyed by a quick-moving fire early Friday morning.
The blaze began in the White House Business Complex just after 5 a.m.
The industrial building is located off of Beecher Road, just a few blocks from the McLaren Medical Center.
Multiple fire departments from Genesee County, including crews from Burton and Grand Blanc, were called in for assistance.
"As we started to approach the fire, it just grew faster then what had enough man power for," Flint Township Fire Chief John Ringwelski told TV5. "We ended up having to back out."
Ringwelski said wind conditions also made battling the flames difficult.
The business complex houses several companies -- including Sleep Centers of America, Conley & Johnson PC and Landmark Appraisal.
No injuries were reported.
The building is considered to be a complete loss with severe smoke damage.
