Body Found In Bay City; 2 Men In Police Custody 11-12-2010

Two men have been arrested in connection to a body found on Bay City’s west side.
Bay City police said that a body was found in a vacant lot in the Banks District around 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
Officers and detectives from the Bay City Police Department executed a search in the 100 block of Curtis Street, between Elm and Spruce streets.
Detectives located what is believed to be the human remains of a person who police said was reported missing earlier this year.
A Michigan State Police crime lab is collecting evidence and remains at the scene.
Investigators are digging and dragging the dirt underneath several tents.
Neighbors TV5 spoke with said they believe the remains belong to a woman who went missing.
Police said 22-year-old Jeff Julian of Bay City was arrested and taken to the Bay County Jail as part of their investigation.
FBI agents also arrested his brother, 19-year-old Craig Julian, in Ohio.
He's expected to be extradited to Bay City.
Authorities said Jeff Julian has been charged with murder and will be arraigned on Monday at 1:30 p.m.
