Former Saginaw DJ Indicted On 3 Felony Charges 11-18-2010

PERRYSBURG, OHIO -- A former Mid-Michigan disc jockey was indicted by a grand jury on three felony charges Wednesday in Ohio.
Andrew Zepeda, who is known as Andrew Z, was charged with one count of breaking and entering, one count of theft and one count of failure to remit sales tax.
The charges stems from an alleged break-in last month at a pizzeria restaurant formally owned by Zepeda.
According to published reports, Zepeda claims to have done nothing wrong and that he’s being unfairly targeted by police.
He faces a maximum sentence of 1 year in jail for the breaking and entering charge and a maximum of 18 months in jail for the theft and failure to pay charges.
Zepeda expected back in court next month.
He is currently a radio show personality on Ohio's 92.5 Kiss FM.
Two other men, including Zepeda's uncle, were also indicted on charges related to the break-in.
