Judge Grants Adjournment In Bay City Murder 11-24-2010

A case involving one of two brothers accused of killing a 33-year-old woman has been adjourned.
Investigators allege 22-year-old Jeffery A. Julian II killed his girlfriend, Lynn M. Spicer, and then dumped her remains in a vacant lot.
The Bay City man was arraigned last week on one count of open murder and one count of removing or carrying away remains.
He was expected back in court on Friday, but officials tell WNEM TV5 the case has been postponed until Dec. 16
FBI agents also arrested his brother, 19-year-old Craig Julian, in Ohio.
Police said Spicer's body was found in a vacant lot on the city’s west side in the Banks District around 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 19.
Authorities said Jeffery reported Spicer missing in August.
