Local Missionary Says Haitians Still Need Help 11-29-2010

A Mid-Michigan missionary has returned back home and is sharing her experiences in Haiti.
Mallory Thurlow-Neptune, the founder of Michigan-based Haiti Foundation Against Poverty, runs a school and clinic on the island.
A massive earthquake devastated the country back in January, killing thousands and leaving many more homeless.
The Midland native spoke with TV5 and said that after a recent cholera outbreak, the Haitians need even more help than ever.
"I have hope," Thurlow-Neptune said. "Whatever we can get collected and get down there makes a huge, huge difference in people’s lives."
The cholera outbreak has already left 250 people dead and more than 3,000 sickened.
Thurlow-Neptune said she returned home for the holidays, but is returning to Haiti to continue her mission.
