Bay Chamber Seeks To Improve Local Education 12-02-2010

The Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is asking for the public’s help to fund a new initiative.
They're working to raise $250,000 to give education in the region a boost.
The three-year campaign will benefit educational programs like Career Day, Regional Summer Institute and mock interviews.
The public’s support will also establish a new chamber scholarship and pay for programs like Principal for a Day, Reading is Bay County's Business and Eighth Grade Career Day.
For more information on fundraising efforts or if you would like to be a sponsor, call Chamber President Michael Seward at 989-893-4567.
