Son Of Flint Police Officer Charged With Murder 12-15-2010

WNEM TV5 has learned that one of the three teens charged in Flint's 61st homicide is the son of a Flint police officer.
The Genesee County prosecutor's office released the charges and names on Tuesday for the three teens they arrested in the death of Timothy Charles Baker.
Baker was found Sunday night at a home in the 600 block of West Ridgeway Avenue near Dupont, on the city’s north side.
Police said the shooting left 38-year-old Baker dead, a 19-year-old paralyzed and third person hospitalized.
Quentin Lamar Green, 18, was charged with four counts, including felony murder.
TV5's Julie Banovic has confirmed with sources that Green is the son of a Flint police officer.
Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton said two other teens have also been charged in the case, including 18-year-old Devonte Dwayne Reid and 17-year-old Latrell Demetrius Windom.
All three will be arraigned Thursday afternoon in a Flint courtroom.
