Julian Brothers Face Judge In Prelim Hearing 12-16-2010

TV5's Jonathan Lowe is in a Bay City courtroom for the Jeff and Craig Julian preliminary hearing.
They are the brothers accused of killing 33-year-old Lynn Spicer and then burying her body in a shallow backyard grave.
The prosecutor told Lowe he's prepared to call five witnesses for the preliminary hearing.
The witness list includes two Bay City police officers, an FBI agent and the Oakland County medical examiner.
Lowe said that with that much ground to cover during this probable cause hearing, it may not wrap up on Thursday.
During the hearing, Jeff Julian waived his right to preliminary hearing and was bound over to circuit court.
