Pair Takes Skating Journey To Junior Nationals 12-17-2010

Two Mid-Michigan teens have skated their way to the US Junior National Figure Skating Championships in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Rachel LaLonde, 11, and George Ronan, 13, represent the Greater Mid-Michigan Skating Club and will be competing at the national competition Friday.
LaLonde is a sixth-grade student at Concord Academy in Petoskey and Ronan is eighth grader at Sacred Heart Academy in Mount Pleasant.
They are competing in the juvenile pairs division, which includes the top 19 juvenile pairs teams in the United States.
The duo is coached by Jennie Walsh, the US National and International Team coach, and train at the Flint Iceland Arena and the Mount Pleasant I.C.E. Arena.
