Arrest Made In Connection To City's 6th Homicide 12-20-2010

Police said a man has been arrested and is in custody in connection to a shooting in Saginaw last week.
Saginaw Police said 46-year-old Kevin Powell became the city's sixth homicide victim when his body was discovered inside a home on Friday afternoon.
Police said the body was discovered at 429 S. Fourth St. near Cherry. The home is the same address where Saginaw police Detective Al Fong was shot during an Oct. 30 drug raid.
Fong was wearing a protective vest at the time of the shooting and was not seriously injured.
Police said Powell and the 50-year-old man they’ve arrested in connection to the case knew each other, but aren't releasing a motive.
The person is scheduled to be in court for arraignment sometime Tuesday.
"Before, they were selling drugs out the back of the house," one neighbor told WNEM TV5. "But now, I just don't know what's going on."
